Cancellations and Refunds are available with a 24 notice prior to delivery time. Full refunds are given up to 24 hours prior. 75% refunds are given with a minimum 6 hour notice. NO REFUNDS can be given less than 6 hours prior to event.
Due to the cost of items and the volitaility of these items due to weather and imporoper use, a $100 per item security depsoit is required. This depsoit is returned in full granted all rented products are return in a clean, dry and undamaged condition.
